These are not original antique leathers but new leathers with techniques applied to them to make the leather appear refined and luxurious. A cloudy leather refers to the hazy appearance of the colours in the leather itself, again making it seem bleached or worn. This finish is desirable for leather goods and garments to give them a distinctive look and feel.
